Dr. Revathi Sivakumar

Dr. Revathi Sivakumar founded Target C Investigations and Forensics with an ambition to build an investigation company where conclusions are driven by evidence, not assumptions.

Working in the field since 2012, her journey has developed across criminal and private investigations, corporate intelligence, financial investigations and forensic sciences. Her academic foundation combines Engineering, Criminology, Forensic Science and Law, alongside professional certifications in Fingerprint Examination, Crime Scene Investigation, Forensic Psychology and Criminal Profiling.

Her work has extended beyond investigations into training, institutional development and leadership. She has served as a Principal Instructor in criminal and forensic investigations, collaborated in establishing an exclusive criminology and forensic science department, held the position of National Joint Secretary – Women with the National Human Rights and Crime Control Bureau, and founded the International Anti Crime Department (IACD), structured across multiple community-focused wings.

She has also held leadership responsibilities connected with cybercrime initiatives and has been recognised for her work in investigation and criminology with an Honorary Doctorate and several professional and industry honours.

Today, she leads Target C with the same principle on which it was built — go beyond what is visible, follow the evidence and establish the truth.
